hello friends!
Today I wanted to catch you all up on the renovation happenings. After the bathroom reveal we have moved to the downstairs of the house, we skipped the stairs and will be leaving them for last. So we began covering the super yucky popcorn ceilings
just as we covered the hallway, we began putting up shiplap and right away what a difference.
wow!!! LOVE IT!!!
Of course had to wood filled all the nail gun holes and extra large gaps, they were a few.
we started with paint, but did half of the room since we ran out and were exhausted, but this weekend will continue and not only the ceiling also the walls.
Also, wanted to share the A/C door update. Not only did it get a paint job, but it has a gorgeous new grill
Here is a closer look, I pai ted the old one and put it on the inside and it looks fantastic!!
So, next will be floors, moldings, doors, powder room update, kitchen wall tiles, then the stairs....seems like a lot but compared to 2 months ago, I'm finally seeing the end of the tunnel and am getting excited.
