Reno update...

hello dear friends!
I know it has been a bit, just have been getting into too many things recently and really haven't felt like writing as much. We all get our moods and with the current state of our country....just doesn't help. On a positive note, I wanted to share the renovations happenings, last update was all about the stairs, well I have been on the tedious tiny details and wanted to show you an example, here is one of the edge trims with wood filler.

We had to put tiny nails because the pressure of the nail gun was too much, luckily it was only on the two platforms we had to do this, but same wood filler and stain had to be done on all for the nail holes.

but they come out great, right?
Decided to change up the side of the stairs at last minute, so my black accent wall is gone and now I have...

SHIPLAP!!!! Can you tell I love it 😍
On the next added extra shelving on my custom wall system.

Excuse the mess, still slot of stuff around.
Here is a photo of the frames we made on all the glass doors at the house and a photo of one of the corbels on the kitchen frame entrance.

Two weekends ago we finally got to tiling the backsplash on the kitche, if you followed on Instagram you saw the fun...

of course the window needed some pretty trim frame also, and here she is.

I absolutely love the way the kitchen looks now, even decided not to put my knife magnet nor my wall basket, the tile just looks amazing.
Finally getting towards the end of the inside work, just been doing the tedious little detail stuff that seem to take forever,  but we continue.
This weekend we took an inside break and had to cut the trees outside since hurricane season started and with the year we've been having, things aren't looking that great.
Anyway, do share your thoughts on how things are coming along and please stay positive and spread that love also.
