back terrace update...

Hi friends!
Today I wanted to share this past weekend's project. If you have been following along the home renovation, then you all know it has been moving slowly since we finished the inside, but believe me it's still going. On the back of the house we have a little terrace, about 2 weeks ago the hubby and I tore this shelf piece and of course I got so caught up with the demo that I forgot to take a photo, but here is an old one.

that photo is from 2014, how time flies.... Anyway, here is the after

So, once I removed everything, the hubby pressure cleaned it.

The original plan was to keep the same color we had, just do a one over fresh, so I went in with the paint info and I got a way lighter version, I personally wasn't fond of it, but the hubby liked it, so we left it, is like a light sea green.

I then proceeded lime washing the bricks...

and here's the final look!

There is more to go with the area, next weekend we are working on a storage /seating bench. After that, there's a peg board wall, fan install, hanging plant hangar, pergola and a custom art piece 😀 so keep posted ok.
Anyway, I'm curious, which color do you like better the old teal or the new light sea green??
Let me know n do have a fabulous day!!
