hello dear friends!
We are already almost done with February and I am already planning the garden and the summer crafts, lol. As shared a few weeks back I have been working on multiple projects for my future nephew, which honestly is taking my weekends since quilting is very time consuming I'v discovered. Had to make some last minute modifications on one of the 2 quilts I'm working on, ran out of one of the fabrics, yuck!
But I'm happy to report now they are both ready for the famous "sandwich" then closing edges; I'll share ones they are finished. Besides the blankets, I'm making some little hats, burping linens and of course some plushies.
Also, making some whimsies, some little sugary forrest creatures, some prim dollys, here is a crafty table preview...
At the home front, took a break from the laundry project, still not 100% done, but have to get the garden finished up before summer gets here. Last year I read the famous square inch garden book by Mel Bartholomew
and challenged myself to get started, I started lemons from seeds, I have other to start but I need to built myself a small garden bed, elevated of course like this one
and that's is what I'm hoping to get done on the next 2 weekends, wish me luck.
Also, keep posted on social media, am participating in a ISN group sale starting March 1st and will be listing the yarn mandalas still available, some can be seen here...
now that I finally got appropiate sized boxes to ship them on, so keep posted.
Well, I know I have a lot happening and that's not even getting into the day job and things at home, but that is the way it is. So, bear with me and the rambling type post.
Thank you all!
