on the weekend before the holiday, i went to see a friend's band
play at the gold coast railroad museum....
ok
first of all, i had heard of the museum, but really hadn't paid much attention to it, don't know why because i love old railroad stuff?!?!?! anyway..............i had spent 2 weekends hammering away on my patio and could use a relaxing/ leisure type activity...
and what fun it was...

they also had a little world war mini poster collection exhibit, which i found quite interesting... but i enjoy war history

besides the music, trains and little exhibit there was a classic car show. of course i drooled all over the beauties, here are my top favorites of the day...
